Before the renovation, the home was a typical raised ranch with split level steps at the entrance, which traveled down to a lower level and up to the main level. The new plan involved creating an additional 600 square feet of living space by raising the roof and adding a second floor. This additional height adds elegance to the home, and a wall of windows gives an almost nautical perspective.
